SWIMATHON! Our 2010 SWIMATHON goals: 100% participation

$15 000 Club Goal - Your support is important to GO. Money from our SWIMATHON helps GO keep costs down. GO uses this money to help pay for pool time, coaching fees, special courses needed by our coaches, our year end banquet and to purchase the equipment we need to make the GO Kingfish Swim Club the best Swim Club in Canada. Your individual goal is set by you, however if you raise a minimum of $100 your name will be entered in a draw for a chance to win one of the following prizes: an iPod touch, Speedo Swim Bag with your name embroidered on it or a 10 mega pixel underwater digital camera with 4 GB memory card. Everyone who receives pledges will have a chance to receive a prize. Pledges can continue to be collected until May 8th. All donations received over $10 are eligible for a tax receipt for Swim Ontario. We strongly encourage 100% participation in this event as it is one of the few opportunities during the year for GO to raise the funds necessary to keep our Club thriving and to continue to make GO Awesome! Parents will be asked to supply a few baked goods so we can celebrate with the swimmers after the SWIMATHON. All prizes will be awarded on April 24th after the completion of the SWIMATHON.
